Out with Linda

On the train to the City where Linda and I went to Chapel St. to shop.
Bought quite a lot of clothes.. since this year we dont actually have uniforms to wear and so therefore casual clothes everyday. Its hard choosing what to wear everyday. I dont want to look too bummy and where the same clothes everyday, i want to look decent and nice...


I find that boys who wear tight shorts with a long sleeve collar T-shirt are cute!

Unofficial school week.

Yesterday at RMIT with Ivy and Cindy when I finished class.

Watched 2 documentaries. One was in french called "The Gleaners and I" which means picking up stuff. And for 1 and a half hours, just watched many people picking food from the bins, picking leftover potatoes, picking fruits from private property, mainly hobos on the streets and an old lady trying to figure out why they pick up stuff throughout the documentary. There was a guy there that said he has been eating overdue foods from the bin that people chuck away because it is overdue for 10 years! and he says he is still healthy and alive.. I still wouldn't eat overdue stuff though unless it was my last option. Second doco was about 2 feminist artists Nancy Spero collage and Kikki Smith sculpture. Didnt finish watching it. It was abit boring anyway. Finished at 12:30pm then just hanged with Ivy and Cindy near the basketball court til 2 which is when i got my locker. E8. Saw Colin walk past also. and saw Nahom from KFC. He is repeating Year 11 and he didn't even recognise that i work at KFC with him.

Today was the Gallery Day with my group 3 class. First to the Ian Potter centre, then ACCA and lastly NGV. Oh yes saw Annie and Michael on the train earlier. I think the best thing i saw today was called ' Ocean Shore' at NGV. It has been there for awhile now though but it is cool. It is these 3 screens in a dark room. and in those screens are random people first in black in white and slowmo like "the ring" effect walking towards you until they come close and cross a screen of water which they get soaked and turn into realistic, coloured people and stare at you for awhile then turn back through the water and become balck and white again. So it is like the dead awakening. There was also a photograph of these 2 little boys smoking that was so adorable upstairs somewhere. Hanged out with my new friend Elouise? most of the time.. and this other girl named Stacey and Sarah. All this was 11 to 3:30 with no food :( I was dead hungry. So right after went to Hungry Jacks and bought a chicken stunner deal then ran back to Flinders St. The train was all going SO well until the stupid thunderstorm came about. This was around 4ish. and the train stopped right before it reached Sunshine. So sad, waited for like an hour till it started moving again. Listening to this old Italian lady complaining about how she gets her trip home. Tiring Day!

Hot 35 degree day.
Bought a chicken burger stunner meal cos i thought i was hungry since i didnt eat anything in the morning. I ended up throwing the ice cream away, half the chips and left the burger in my bag which i then took home plus it stank my bag :( what a waste of money and felt bad for wasting food.
Overall class is of many white girls, 5 asian girls, 6 white guys.
Hanged out with an old family friend named thu who used to go to my primary school and is a year older than me. Never knew she was into art.
Auditorium- got my official timetable. school everyday. I thought i had Tuesdays off. :( I guess not.
Made a friend, Sarah. Us 3 ate okonomiyaki together at the end since she was a vegetarian.
Need to go back on Wednesday morning to watch some movie thing which i think is a waste of time.
Sat with George and Tony on the train home. Figured that me and Tony go to the same building, same level but different course. He has the same timetable as me for Monday. So i might see him around. I'm not alone!
Thursday: going to 3 galleries with the class! How exciting..

Crown

Thursday night and Friday morning I worked. It was good money making as there werent many customers because they either got work or school I think. After work on Friday, cousin Vu took me and linda to crown so we can spend our last time with our american cousin. Went to the casino. It was so packed and funny. I just laughed! It was like a arcade centre like playtime but for older people. My cousin gave me 5$ to try the slot machine out. I was such a lostie. All you do is press a button. Anyways in the end i won 17$! I managed to make a profit. Hurray! I find it funny that 1$ coins just fall out when you collect. After just walked around.

Little Boy

FRIDAY: Swimming in the morning and work at 5. First time swimming in ages! The best thing i can do is FLOAT then backstroke.. Mum never knew i could swim. Well I'm better than my sister.

SATURDAY: Home day. So hot. Washed Little Boy and Fluffy.

SUNDAY: Footscray Festival at 1 burning to 7:30 cold. Didnt see much people this year. Was with Linda and cousin mainly but hanged out with Chris and his friend Daniel ( that to Susan looks like Jung) for abit. Met up with Susan for like a minute~ I went on the sky rider.
