'Iron Fish', I've had this old iron board sitting in my room for weeks! and thought I'd create something since I haven't really been doing anything arty for quite a while now. I like the end result though!

Birthday Smirthday

Tiramisu cake my cousin made for me! which was delish.

My aunt from qld came over early morning. Slept in, played some Donkey Kong and went out.. Ajisen, ice cream, state, Joomak. I was planning on staying at home since I really cbb going out.. I think I've accepted that I am going to do nothing this break.. not even job hunting. Anyways turning a year older just felt like any other day, I feel the same, nothings changed. I don't think it's that special. K, S, T, A, N, P.

Afterwards went to Ts house and they had a suprise cake for me! which I wasn't expecting at all. It was nice like an actual birthday which I haven't had before, and I didnt know most of them that well. Everyone was cheery and sang.

Lately. Got a new scanner/printer. RMIT Graduation, Linda's birthday, Uni preferences, driving stuff, eating out a lot, sleeping til noon, puzzle was a third done but was destroyed by kitty.

Home made takoyaki. yum.

Had my first interview at VCA. I came right on time like literally. When I came they just called my name. phew. I was stressing out on what to bring and how I will bring everything there.. even worse is that some of my painting were still being exhibited at RMIT. I wanted to bring everything, I think I should've. Was puffing and trying to catch my breath but I think it went alright overall. Oh well, Relieved!

Atmosphere.

What in the one

Long hair is annoying and I want to cut it but I attempted to dip dye it instead. I wanted to dye it blue at first but I thought that it'll be too bright and I'll get told off by my parents for being a bad influence to my brother if I do, so I chose a darker alternative colour, Aubergine. You can't really notice it straight away since I've done it on the bottom half tips of my hair so the top layer is covering it. I might just dye those bits too. The tones are a bit uneven but I think it's pretty good for the first time bleaching hair with the help of my siblings. That orange strand was my actual first tryout. It was failx3. Anyways It was quite exciting! to do something different and seeing the revealed colour. I quite like it.

Slowly filling my wall up.
What I've been doing lately.. mainly painting.

Saturday was boiling. Went to springvale to go to the cemetery. It's such a pretty place. Also made pancakes! in the afternoon. I haven't really made any food for so long.

My pancake with strawberries, jam, cream and violet crumble ice cream. Inspired by the one I ate at passionflower.

Sunday slept most of the day, made more pancakes and painted!

Tuesday went to the city to pick up work from the studio after assessment with only less than an hour to clear things out! so horrible. I thought I could've brought everything home by train but I guess not.. I had too much stuff to carry. Thanks to Jonathan who helped! Oh I shall miss my studio and everyone else.
