Astro! is his name. He's like my little kid that I feed and look after. He's currently sleeping on my leg right now. Never really thought there'll be so much time spent on him. He's such a cutie. After this week, gonna be stress free! presentation and essay.

Fluffy - Just another day

Volunteered at the Art Fair on Thursday. Was pretty good experience to see how everything came together/ set up and got to see the exhibition before hand plus also got some free tickets which is bonus. It was pretty cool that my friends work was chosen to be in it. The people there were nice. I don't really think I helped much though but I did learn a lot of little things.

Today I woke up and saw my dad's bird sitting outside where it shouldn't be. It was strange cos it's normally in a cage in the backyard and I just stood there staring at it for awhile. Weird

During the afternoon while I was having my little Mighty Boosh marathon I could hear rain pouring from my room so I went out to check it out. It was pouring heaps while the sky was still so bright then it stopped for a short while.

It is oh so cold, more like freezing.

Had my tutorial day in the morning which didn't last very long. Felt like such a waste of time but still had to go. I had a feeling to shop somewhere afterwards so I went to DFO. Bought some shoes and some pants.

I figured I have a lot of things to do before semester break which is in mid June and I'm still procrastinating, even right now. It hasn't hit me yet. I'll just wait til that happens and panic. At least I've made myself a list of what I need to do, so that's a start. Working on a fluff and Kat painting atm.

WED-

Attended a random unexpected last minute wedding last night. Didn't even really know the people who were getting married, just went for the food. Went to the city earlier where my plan was to get to this place but failed cos I got lost,, ha so went to buy some stuff at Kmart (they have such cheap stuff) instead and saw a highschool friend there whom I haven't seen school finished! It was nice. Came back home popped on a dress, even wore my black vans and wee food time.

Spent the whole day having our painting tutorials where we spoke about our work and ideas and gained feedback from fellow classmates. Next week is the actual tutorial week where we come in on one day. Sorta have a week off, not really.

Wee back from a long day of classes. So starting off with yesterday, actually made it to class on time which is the first. We had the qvm people come in to have a 'casual' chat about our ideas and designs for the project. There were five of them which we have met earlier at the site. It was the first time for us to talk in front of everyone about ideas. I made these 5 little crates(well boxes) made out of mini popsicle sticks and they had a patch of grass sticking out on top (still unfinished). I was not prepared for the speech/presentation for them nor did I care that much. I didn't even really panic until I knew that I was up next(second up). I dislike public speaking but it was actually okay even though I did not talk for long I don't think. They gave positive feedback and suggestions for the actual final work which is to be done before the end of may. urgh. Was such a relief to get that over and done with. Afterwards had the chance to go with other classmates to see Loretta's exhibition, my sculpture teacher, but didn't for some reason. Hanged out with Thu instead. Ate some dumplings and explored myer since its re-opening awhile ago.

Boy&Babykat

Today painting class, showed my teacher more ideas I came with and all. I think she likes my work and me since I've always come in on time since she started teaching. Oh I'm such a good student.. Did a sketchy painting. Two theory class afterwards, managed to stay the whole time which feels good but tiring. I want a little kitty.

Kick

I've been missing my ipod since it is getting fixed. These days has been so lonely without it. Back to class today. Mondays, looking at classmates exhibition set up. We have people coming from the qvm thing tomorrow morning (which I am not very excited about like everyone else in the class) to check up on our sketches and stuff. Hope it goes well and hope I get to class in time for once.
