Another dog painting

Painting and sculpture class.

This is what I painted today in class! of my lovely dog when he was sick. I just love his expression even though it's sad. Still gotta add colour to his fur patch and fix the body a bit. I think it looks quite good the way it is, colour wise.

When painting I like to look at the progress of of how it came about. So I just snap a pic when I do any changes and see what can be improved. So here is a little before and after shot, also including my other painting from the earlier post that still needs some retouching. It makes me happy seeing that much change from how shitty it was before.

I hate the trains. Was delayed for more than half an hour! and it's not the first. With all that time I could've stayed back to consult with my teacher about my essay topic which was on my to-do list. urghh so annoyed.

Inspired by this

found randomly on tumblr. It's a bit creepy but I like it. I was thinking of making a tumblr, well I think I should cos majority of my blog is of photos and stuff and they have some cool tumblrs around but then nah. It's not the same. One day.

So Tuesday's class was sculpture, I can never rock up in time for this class for some reason maybe cos the teacher doesn't really mind if you're late and you just need to be there. Well I arrived an hour late and just didn't rock up to the actual class but went to the library instead to actually start on the qvm project and got something done.

Beware of the unexpected

Shitty feeling day. Went to eat at a restaurant with my family which we haven't done for awhile. It was nice. Then made some cream puffs for my mum to bring to some place. Everything just annoys me these days and there's a stinking rat in my room which was staring at me twice in the same spot. far..

I forgot to mention my fox drawing has gone missing from my studio space since Friday! I was a bit shattered, just curious to where it's gone..

So today had painting class in the morning with a new teacher. Just fixed up some bits and pieces. Nothing special happened today besides an asian lady sitting next to me on the train home offering me some almonds, which was nice. That's all. I like train rides, not really packed ones. You can feel time passing by slowly and you just drift off in another state, well for me. I think it's the only time where I get to think about nothing most of the time even though I think I do that a lot anyways. It's just something..

Fish friend

Mum bought this frame ages ago and I thought I might just fill it cos it just annoyed me seeing it lying around. Tada!
